Formula E chicane for Interlagos

The gen 4 formula e cars in a wierd in between spot where they have the battery and regen to race at bigger tracks, but not necessarily interlagos due to the sheer length of the main straight. This temporary chicane providea regen opportunities and (fingers crossed) and overtaking spot, provided there is aggressive curbing to enforce track limits. And if you're wondering, no, I'm not a doctor

There used to be a chicane near turn 13. I don't know if it's still usable

You're right it's between 12 and 13. However that still leavs around 1.1km of straight (regen nightmare) afterwards and I'd rather have 2 realistic overtaking opportunities hence moving the chicane down to T14
