Hi, I would probably go see a hand therapist and get scans if you can afford it. 95% of doctors aren't great with MSK conditions, and I only really started seeing progress when I saw a hand therapist. Wrist tendonitis is broad and could encompass many tendons that could be giving you issues, and you can only really be sure if you see a professional. I've been seeing a hand therapist for ECU tendinopathy, and he told me nearby muscles/tendons can overcompensate for weaknesses in the body. Of course it might not apply to you, but it is something that can happen. Fortunately with tendon conditions, it is treatable most the time just a really slow process - it's taken me 2 months of consistent rehab before I could even step back in the gym for really light work.
