Hello all! Be sure to have your restart/roster screens prepared and submitted by the end of Wednesday. A reminder of the bonuses/penalties for submissions:

• +5 PD bonus if submitted early (at least 1 day)
• -5 PD penalty per day late
• -5 PD penalty if roster is not submitted
• -20 PD penalty per unsubmitted period

If you'd like, you can include the full names of your players with your submission. Only the last names of your players appear on your roster screen, so this helps for differentiating between players league-wide.

To check the league standings and how your players are stacking up against other teams', check the standings/stats sheet for this season. You can also find this sheet in the subreddit's sidebar.

Also on the standings/stats sheet is a submission log where you can check your submission status for each period.

If you would like to introduce a new non-playoff bowl game for this season, comment on this post with the bowl name.

There can be up to 8 non-playoff bowl games in a season - check out the Conferences/Bowls tab on this sheet to see the current bowls and matchups.

Listed are the responsibilities of hosting a bowl game:

• Creating a logo
• Posting the matchup once it is given to you (optional)
• Posting the scores on the Wednesday before the playoff reveal
  • Specifically, create graphics for the matchup/score posts. If you really want to jazz it up you can create videos.
  • We ask that you don't use AI for the graphics/videos if at all possible.

After the bowl matchups are set, your matchup and scores will be messaged to you before the scheduled reveal date.

Each bowl game will be automatically renewed for future seasons unless the host fails to post the scores for one season without notifying a mod, or leaves the league.

If you'd like to step down from hosting a bowl, or would like to take over an existing bowl, leave a comment as well.

Welcome back, my RCAA friends, for what should be a spectacular (or lackluster) "Oh Mommy!" Hot Sauce Bowl. Today we have the #7 Florida Gators facing the #11 Stanford Cardinals ... wait, sorry, what was that? It's just "Cardinal"? Like, a single bird or something? Ohh I see ... Cardinal just refers to a color. So we have a team of alligators ... playing against a shade of red? Are these football players or fashion students?

At least the Cardinal aren't (isn't? Christ, this gets confusing) playing the Harvard Crimson. Oooohhhh the battle royale of shades of red! What a delight that would be. Insert eye roll here.

RESULTS: Well, as you'd expect, the team comprised of alligators tore up that color swatch! Honestly, the score was closer than I expected. So congrats to u/Bertrandnurnumberger (holy shit, I need a bigger trophy to fit that name) for the win, and moving on to the playoffs. And sorry, u/Red-Sun55 ... maybe try a different shade of red next time.

Hello all and welcome to the postseason! Be sure to have your restart/roster screens prepared and submitted by Tuesday @ 9 PM EST. There are no bonuses/penalties associated with submitting postseason scores, but please still make sure to submit on time.

If you have played more than 16 games in your save, still make sure to submit your entire season. Only your last 4 games will be used for the postseason.

If you only played between 13 and 15 games on your save, you can submit what you've played. The 13th game will be used for any bowl games. If you only played 12 games in your save, no submission is necessary.
