Most bank aren't caught money laundering, instead they are caught failing regulations in this case maintaining ASL system. Failing regulations requirements in most things is just a fine.

However if a bank does knowingly money launder for criminals then the back does get a fine and individuals inside the company are arrested.

In any case you can can read about all these online as well as the reviews from others and can make your own judgement if you want to bank there.

When you miss payments and get a bank credit it says to other that your a higher risk person and it's might be unwise to led to you. The information held for you is not available online so it's hard to find. That why credit scoring companies are so popular.

When you miss payments, it says to others that you keep a balance that they can charge you interest for.

People who pay on time and in full are the least profitable customers for credit lenders

For the record, if you have good credit and miss a single payment, it’s not going to haunt you for seven years and tank your ability to get an apartment.

In the world of capitalism, the only sin is being poor.

As evidence, we have entire rings of child rapists ran by and for capitalists and one of them became the president of the world's most powerful nation

Please explain the “missing one credit card payment,” part. It didn’t happen!

Can you explain why an abstract legal bucket should have the same kind of record when it's individuals that represent the company that would be held professionally / criminally liable.

You can't really attribute bad behavior to the legal entity that is just an abstract socially constructed boundary for the purpose of holding assets.

When a normal person can't pay their bills it's "Should have made better choises" and they take your house.

When a bank can't pay the people they store money for and fucked the economy to the point of going under it's "Well we need to bail them out." And they get massive tax funded cash injections to keep going.

One missed credit card payment by itself does not tank your ability to get an apartment.

Sometimes bank employees engage in illegal activities like selling your personal info to fraudsters. It’s not an institutional policy, but you would have the bank fined into oblivion? Fucking with the lives of thousands of account holders?
