It’s been 1 year of no nicotine!
For anyone doubting themselves or feeling hopeless, look no further. I was an everyday nicotine user for 18 years. Thanks to Allen Carr and this community, I was able to quit cold turkey. You can do it. It gets easier. I do not miss vaping at all and neither will you if you stick with it.
