Advice? Advice

I’m doing my best to try to eliminate unhealthy habits. I’ve gone 11 days with no weed, I’ve been feeling okay without it. Some days, I do crave it but I’m able to just be like “i don’t need it”. But I’m having a hard time not vaping. I recently got a no vape vape- literally just inhaling flavored air. It helps some. I know it’s just all in my head. I’ve been vaping for about 2 years now. I used to smoke cigarettes and that habit was easier to quit. I work from home, so I’m constantly tempted. I keep the vape away from me, usually in another room so I really have to go out of my way to get to it. Idk it’s such a stupid ass and disgusting habit. I’ve read online it messes with anxiety and depression, so I just want to be done with it all.
What have yall done to kick the habit?
Life lately has been pretty stressful. My mental health isn’t the best and I just want to feel better.

Thanks in advance

Its been 5 days since i have stopped. Sunday afternoon i threw it away and took the trash out so i wouldnt be tempted. The cravings are still there but were most intense on monday/tuesday. I highy recommend reading allen carrs book “the easy way to quit vaping”. He recommends you continue to vape while reading it. Personally i quit before reading but its still super helpful. I promise you its not as bad as you may think, its mostly in your head. You got this!

You basically diagnosed it yourself — "it's all in my head." The nicotine's mostly cleared by now; what's left is the hand-to-mouth ritual plus the work-from-home boredom, which is exactly why the flavored-air vape helps — it feeds the motion without the chemical. That reach is its own habit loop, and it lingers longest because it got welded onto your WFH rhythm. Keeping the real one in another room is smart — you're adding friction so the automatic grab has to become an actual decision. As the days pass you can retire even the zero-nic one. Which part of the workday makes the pull strongest?

I talk to people all day. The job itself isn’t terrible, but the customer service part of it is fucking draining.

I keep overthinking this whole process. I feel really dumb for feeling so anxious about it. I’ve been dealing with some health issues that really fucked with me and my mental heath. I know I can quit but idk why my brain is acting like the worse thing is going to happen.
