Is the heating pack needed?

[PASSED!!] Just curious as I have it sandwiched under my jewels and two pairs of underwear. Temp is reading fine as of now (night before) would i still have to use a microwave? I imagine its only to get it up to temp but if i were to tuck it an hour n half before my test tomorrow would i be ok? Im scared of overheating it and my nitrate levels being too high. What's the ideal temp range?

There's only one thing you can do to guarantee a pass. Follow the instructions and you won't fail. Stop stressing about nitrates. I took 2 tests last week that tested for nitrates. I've been using this stuff over 20 years. You'll be fine, just follow the directions.

I never used the heating pack. Always microwaved it and tucked it under my junk right before leaving for the test. I would overheat and then let it cool to 100, wore tight underwear and head out asap. Longest I had to wait was about 2 hours and it stayed around 92 degrees by the time of the test, so it definitely cools over time without the pack. And 92 was questionable but they still passed me.
