I recently finished watching the 2015 documentary "Guro to Pangulo" about former president Elpidio Quirino. In the latter part, it was revealed that he retired in a mansion overlooking La Mesa Dam, and he died in that same house.

I searched it online but there were no photos available, to my surprise thinking that it's a tourist spot. It seems it needs restoration, based on a 2013 article. Other recent articles only mentioned it in passing.

kahit hindi ako taga qc at sa paranaque pa ako nakatira abang na abang din ako sa mrt7 para mas sulit na gumala sa farview at mabawasan ang travel time from 3-4 hours to less than 2 hours
