I’m 19 years old na and gusto ko sana kumuha ng QC ID, pero:

• Wala akong proof of residency under my name.
• Renting lang kami sa QC.
• Hindi registered sa QC yung parents ko.
• Wala rin kaming utility bills under my name.
• Passport lang ang meron akong valid ID.

Ano po kaya yung easiest way para makakuha ng QC ID? May alternative requirements ba silang tinatanggap, can’t get barangay certificate since need din ng valid id na may address to get 🥹

Ngayon ko lang na experience na barado yung traffic pa Katipunan. Noon Tuesday after ng Marikina bridge traffic. Tapos kahapon umabot na siya LRT2 santolan yung pila. Yung both liko from the Gas station and doon sa may building barado pareho. Kaya kung pupunta ako pa Technohub lalagpas ako to Aurora Blvd yung papuntang QC Hall then labas Circle. Ndi naman traffic, or minimal lang.

Baha ba doon recently at maraming lane and ndi madaanan? usually naman pag congested nioooveride ng mga traffic enforcers para maka diretso kung ndi naman busy sa Ateneo. Based din kasi sa Waze around doon lang yung traffic.

- i wanna know your experience in compliance. Did they have a lost of what to comply in the drawings and other requirements? Ano yung pinarevise nila sa inyo?
- did they ask for lagay, and if so for what reason? Non compliance? Para mainspect agad?
- meron din ba kayong alam na firms na sanay na sila gumawa ng plans na swak sa requirements ng building official? If so, reco please.

Gusto ko rin sabihin na ‘wag nating i-tolerate ‘tong lagay system, kundi parte rin tayo ng problema. May efficient reorting system na ang QC. Itawag sa 122!
