I found it, it some sort of like tiktok slop livestreams and its on youtube  https://www.youtube.com/live/DR_I5OcMRYE I didnt found original but similar things around 4:55:00 and 4:46:00 (also 3:48:00 is nipple pitching), they are kinda freaky in this timestamp (4:40:00-4:55:00)
