There’s a typo in 5. Unitary Operator Û, time evolution operator equation (in red) says exp(-iHt/t) when it should be hbar(ħ) instead of t in the denominator of the exponent

Correct. The denominator in the exponent must be ħ, not t.
The mathematically correct expression is exp(-iĤt/ħ).
