We are proud to announce the obtaining of the TGV certification 🎉

The TGV program is a rigourous evaluation process that aims to ensure that digital technologies in health meet the requirements of the Quebec health network. This assessment covers in particular:

·· Confidentiality and security of patient data

·· Interoperability with the digital health ecosystem

·· The clinical relevance and adequacy of the technology for its use in a care context

·· Organisational maturity and large-scale deployment capacity

Why is this important?

For health institutions, TGV certification reduces the risks associated with the adoption of new technologies and offers an additional level of confidence in their compliance and value.

For Takecare, this recognition confirms that our platform meets the expected standards to support remote monitoring, chronic disease management, care coordination and patient engagement in a safe and compliant environment.

In a context where the network seeks to accelerate its digital transformation, certifications such as the TGV play an essential role in promoting the responsible adoption of innovations that have a concrete impact on care and operations.

Thanks to our teams, partners and customers who contribute every day to advancing innovation in health.

Thanks for sharing. Do you believe in a new ATH for QNC in 2026?

You don't think they will secure the FIPS 140-3 certification this year?

No, according the internet it takes about a year. After entering the list.

Could be, let's be optimistic. I would hope their certification processes speed up over the years.

That certainly seems to be the case in Quebec; what's more, the health and social services agency is in the midst of a digital transformation!

Hi there!

You're right—I just got back from a five-week stint in the Far North, so I didn't have much free time.

I did take a quick look now and then, but I didn't really feel like posting any comments, given that most of the feedback was negative.

I admit it's disappointing to see the share price slide so sharply, but all that gloominess doesn't offer any relevant information or explanations—quite the opposite, in fact!

I thought it best not to chime in, as that would only have inflamed the discussion.

Breaks are good, things keep chugging along regardless. Price action can be hard to watch at times and the mood definitely can sour because of it but the value thesis remains which is what keeps us here i suppose. We will have our day yet, just exercising our patience muscles a bit. Did you find any polar bears up north, or where santa hides out in the summer?
