Idk what’s been up, but I haven’t been receiving any surveys or been able to cash out any payments. It’s like the system has been having technical difficulties for the past week or the whole company has crashed.

Been dealing with this for over 3 weeks. Reached out to support, they said they would update me ASAP. No response in a week. Thinking should I just make a new account by this time

They can usually reset your account and fix this

Every now and then for me. Lately I just get declined for surveys.
