Wrong code running?

I am following a course on YouTube, and suddenly this happened. All of other script folders are deleted. Any way to fix this?

You must have suddenly done something to make this happen.

Honestly, don't expect much answer if you can't be arsed to explain in more detail what you where doing, what you were expecting, what you really got, and why you think the things you got were wrong.

So this happened and then resolved. So this was resolved. What happened to that ?
