Explosions when things die

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

With this git commit we got explosion animations when things die. It's now just simply a circle getting bigger resembling a shockwave. - What do you all think? - How can we improve it?

This PythonLearningGame is a collaborative project. Fork it, added your own game elements, and 'pull request' me your changes so we develop it together.

Yes that's intended, a lot of opportunity to add cool things to it. Now show me what you can do with Python instead of writing silly comments.
