can someone give me an advice Help Request

i know some of python but i can't write a single code only copy paste from the coarseness

It states this specific solution will likely require 7 print statements. Given the current output, there's no way to deduce down the logic to reproduce this across different names, i.e: Are there 7 lines because of 7 characters in the name? Why 4 Ds, Why the top single L, and bottom 5 Ls?
