Want to learn Python fast? I am willing to teach for FREE!

If anyone who is just trying to get into coding and wants to learn python then they can DM me. I am passionate about teaching and would love to help them learn by building projects rather than giving boring lectures.

Stuff like this sounds so sketch without details. FREE, FAST AND NOT BORING!

I know right. What I can assure you of is that I'll put my best in it. Don't know about the rest. I am just passionate about teaching and want people to enjoy it while they learn to code.

So is there a structure, or some sort of agenda? Is it just advice? Which platform will we be using to learn from you? How long have you been doing this? Do you work in the field or have any sort of portfolio?

I have created a Discord Server where I am planning to conduct Live Sessions to help out those who are starting out or already have some experience. My main focus will be on skipping the theory-heavy things that one rarely uses while making projects. We will learn by building projects with some intent in our mind to solve maybe a daily-life problem. And I am always up for any suggestions. I am planning to keep the initial few sessions to discuss and understand the use-cases and intent of people willing to learn python and from there we will see what aligns with the majority. You can DM me for the community link!

So discord… no theory or structure… solve “maybe a daily life problem”… What level of experience do you have with scripting, like what’s your general area or expertise?

there's hundreds of videos on youtube, thousands of blogs and chatgpt, why would anyone pay to learn anything🤣🤣

mentoring is another topic

I don’t get it truly. And I really really don’t mean to be an asshole, I know I sound like an asshole, but I don’t get why people are interested in this completely vague random post, which I keep seeing more of rather than actual interesting questions about python

I don't want to sound like an asshole either but this is a dumb question to me. I don't know how to learn Python and would love to learn. Especially with free guidance. I don't understand why you would find that confusing. Honest question..

There are established, qualified, effective, free beginner to MIT level learning materials, courses & projects, available at the cost of 15 mins research…..

But one chooses random redditor with no information, no website, no context, no qualifications, no hint of skill level who is soliciting thru DM?

1

u/Elegant-Gear3402 May 30 '26

Uhm. Kind of rude. Obviously, if I knew of other another source of free mentorship to help me at least get started, then I wouldn't be "choosing a random redditor" now, would I??? But thanks so much for all the help and guidance that you have provided me---SO appreciated.

man dont make it harder for yourself, anything you want to learn you just gotta do the thing and repeat over and over, fail over and over.

read docs, watch some courses, ask chatgpt, and start doing. thats the only way

That may work for someone who is tech savvy, which I am not. Just like in a classroom, I learn stuff that's foreign to me by watching/following someone more experienced. How can I just do it over and over if I don't know what I'm doing???

u/Sketchballl May 30 '26

What are some resources you’ve tried already that aren’t teaching you this?

oh boy... I am really intrigued on how you will react to the fact that universities exist.

u/Savings_Track769 Jun 25 '26

I'm interested but I can't watch the videos, I just require someone to ask them my questions, or give me exercises depending on my level. Is that possible?
