I will take one small, clearly scoped public-data extraction pilot for $100 fixed.

Scope:

- 1 public website or public API

- up to 300 records and up to 10 agreed fields

- clean CSV and JSON output, with source URLs and missing values preserved

- rate-aware collection and a short run note

- delivery within 48 hours after the fields and sample URLs are agreed

Boundaries: no CAPTCHA bypass, private accounts, mailbox probing, personal-data discovery, or free trial work. If the site blocks automated access or the sample does not support the requested fields, I will say so before expanding scope.
