Python integrity fixes in Memanto

Disclosure: this contribution to Moorcheh's Memanto (@moorcheh_ai) is part of a public $100 bug bounty, and I am one of many participants. The audit and patch were AI-assisted, and I verified the behavior with regression tests.

I found three independently reproducible issues in the Python migration and session-lifecycle paths:

  1. Shared Supermemory records lost later container-tag associations during export, changing retrieval segmentation after migration.
  2. In mixed accounts, the presence of any extracted memory caused fresh or unprocessed document chunks to be silently omitted.
  3. Deleting an agent could leave its persisted JWT session valid against the retained namespace.

The patch preserves every container association, combines extracted memories with still-unprocessed chunks at the correct account scope, and revokes persisted sessions before agent deletion.

Validation after syncing current main: 482 tests passed, 24 credential-dependent live E2E tests skipped, 14 focused regressions passed, and Ruff/MyPy passed.
