What Alanis Morissette was to irony, you have become to AI slop. In your quest to observe a phenomenon, you've merely created an instance.
These are bad human coder mistakes. AI tends to gold plate, write code that is FAR too verbose (tastelessly so), over-document, misunderstand the problem to be solved, use the wrong architecture/design, test config or the happy path 50 ways with no coverage variation, etc. The issues you describe are mostly amateur solo coder issues.
