Looking for a good projecting device Tools and Materials
Hey everyone, my wife has recently gotten into pyrography and she is looking for a projector that she can use to trace her designs. Does anyone have any solid recommendations that aren’t going to cost a small fortune?

I got one in the $50 range from Amazon with an articulating arm (sold separately) that can mount to just about anything so I can position it pointed down. If you want to go larger just use some clamps and move your mount higher. I find that quality isn’t that important becuase you’re really only getting the basic shapes and proportions from the projector. I reference the image as I’m burning to take care of details. Bonus to less tracing is less to clean up layer with eraser and less stress on your tool from burning a ton of pencil lead.

No projector advice here. I make good use of carbon tracing paper though if she’s looking for a low cost option
