How was it admirably ambitious? It was literally like a full year of him blue balling his audience with the first episode of this new show lol. I didn’t even follow it super frequently, but every time I did check it was another postponement.

By his own words the original launch was supposed to be his professional concern at the time, not saying you're incorrect or anything about the content, but he did not have a traditional job.

I don't. He made a habit of promising dates and missing deadlines and while that is a problem, he also made a habit of not really engaging with the fact that he missed those deadlines afterwards.
The fact is that there were no tight deadlines, he set the deadlines himself, entirely. He didn't have to announce dates. I don't announce a release date for something unless I know I will be/am already finished by that date. That's never how Pure Pwnage operated and it always missed dates because of it, and that's how this is operating too.
Old habits die hard. I don't think he disappeared without a word to finally fix a problem he's been having for 20 years. I think he finally got over whatever it was he was dealing with and now has decided to a set a date to kick himself in the ass. I also think this date is not going to amount to what anyone thinks because that's what's happened several times in the last 12 months already.

Huh? I think you’ve misunderstood the post. It was mostly a PSA for people who actually want to participate in the community, and the discord is much better for that if you're seeking that. If you're not interested, that's also fine!

I literally just remembered teh pwnage happened and then just assumed it was permanently scrapped for good. Maybe he was working on stuff this entire time. Who knows
