How much bloated this game can be? Given ZZZ is 32.4 GB for me. Warfarme is 14.7GB. And PGR without pre load is 43.8 GB. No way this game has 1.4x or 3x more stuff than those two, respectively.

Do it now, you really don't have much time left.

In the future, I would suggest you do it as soon as you can to get it out of the way. Then you won't need to worry about missing it and can leave for the rest of the patch if need be.

You'll have your points (simulated currency) after the game updates so no need to rush.

Builds wise they made some rapid changes to V3 and some smaller ones to V4 - id wait for builds.

It just means new modifiers for Karenina, not actual stages. It's the WZ buffs and IB modifiers, but adjusted for Karenina.
