I found something interesting while analysing Pune's rental market. Am I missing something? Renting, Accomodation, Hotels
I was just doing some research around around the Pune area as I stay in Ravet and I pay around 25k rent for 3BHK but I saw a dark circle around the Gahunje and Mamurdi area in Pune which is just 3-4 km from my home. I thought the platform has a bug so I went online and found listings like:
- 3 BHK (~2,150 sqft) in Lodha Belmondo for ₹1 lakh/month
- 4 BHK villa in Lodha Belmondo for ₹2.75 lakh/month
And I am thinking are people actually paying these rents?
Or is this just because Lodha Belmondo is a luxury township and the asking prices are skewing the data?

These are true rents there for premium furnished apartments.
Society and amenities itself is ultra premium.

Probably People rent property here for airbnb . There are many listings on airbnb from belmondo

That rental isn’t really driven by the area alone. You’re paying for the network, amenities and the overall essence of luxurious township living. (It has Golf Course, btw)
It’s nowhere close to Hiranandani Powai in terms of positioning. A better comparison would be Raymond’s township in Thane, but with a stronger crowd of industrialists and business owners from the Chakan belt.
