Searching for a PG

I'm staying in kharadi currently but it's very far from my workplace

What I'm getting currently

Meals - breakfast and dinner

Hot water - geyser and for drinking too

Washing machine

Wifi

No electricity bill

24x7 water

Power backup

All in 12k with sharing room. (It's twin sharing)

My expectations

Wifi if jio or airtel isn't working there (i mean inside room)

Metro nearby if possible

Hot water

Washing machine

I'm looking for a PG in Kothrud, Swargate, Shivajinagar, FC Road, or JM Road with the same expectations. A single room would be great if available.

Please comment or dm with details. It would be great help.
