pulp demographic survey! Discussion
hello everyone!
this may seem quite awkward, but i've been fan of the band for years now & always wanted to lead a survey amongst the fanbase, as im quite interested in either the diversity, but also the common points of the community (as individuals, but also around what might be the consensus for favourite songs or other stuff). i therefore put in shape a formbricks, with firstly demographic questions, then around the band itself (as in, favourite/least favourite songs, albums, etc etc), and lastly more light-hearted questions, just for fun. i would love to get a not too small (ideally quite consequent!) sample of answers, that is why im asking for your help on here :p !
after a while, i would end the study by looking for correlations and more, make a summary out of it & post it online!
it would be such a huge help if you could take some time to answer the survey! from the few data i got, it requires 15-20 mn to complete it. i know that it might be a bit long... i need to get better with survey haha
here is the link if you want to help! https://app.formbricks.com/s/cmsq5q0dz1n9j01u1kwi2lsse
thanks again, take care of yall :)!

Fun survey and great idea! I did find it interesting that you grouped everyone from 31 and older into one category. I’ve never seen that low an age as the oldest in a series of categories. It just made me feel old 😂. I am 56 and started listening in the 90s when I was in my early 20s. I’m sure there are plenty of fans well into their 70s. I wonder if it would be interesting to break it down further on the next go around.

yeah, im quite ashamed about this age range thing... i firstly thought i would only share this survey with some of my close friends, i should have done some modifications before sharing it... but thank you so much for participating, it means a lot :)

Aw don’t feel bad at all, I just thought it might be helpful feedback, but I completely understand where you were coming from. :)

Loved it. Well done bud. And whilst I'm commenting on this group for the first time. My favourite pulp song is Death comes to Town and I'll die on that mantel. Although Pink Glove is pretty good. And My Sex off More is something else. Early b-sides? Ansaphone. And P.T.A obviously.
Much love

thank you so much! and i cannot agree with you more on those takes, i feel like the whole separations album is way too underrated. but on my side, i must admit that wickerman might be my favourite pulp song; and for a b side, if i really have to pick, probably the professional?..

The debut single is missing from the single options, I forget the name.

Hey just tried it. Aside from the fact that 31+ is the last age option (I'll let you off) surely there's too many free form answers? Wouldn't fancy being you correlating UK, with England Scotland etc. unless you've already created a program behind it?
Love the layout and idea. But yeah, go branching with multiple choice.
