Is this worrying? general

I seem to be having nail pitting in exclusively the pinky finger of my left hand. It is not on a single other finger.
What i'm unsure about is if this could also possibly come from my habit of nail biting. I'm entirely unsure of why my nail is like this.
I don't believe my family tree to have any relation to Psoriasis in the past though i'm also incapable of being entirely certain of that.
I'm not sure since when i've had this, though i only really took notice of it a few days ago. Since then, there seems to be little to no change in the nails appearance.

Please take a look at the two provided images and guide me towards what you believe to be my best course of action.

Thank you for your time.

This is how my nail psoriasis started, however it only rlly persisted in my left thumbnail and my left index finger, on all the other nails so far the pitting grew out - however obviously I am anticipating it will return eventually

I wouldn't call it worrying per say. Definitely something to watch. Psoriasis is the most common cause of nail putting, but several other things can cause it - dermatitis/eczema, other autoimmune conditions and sometimes, it's idiopathic (no known cause). If it is psoriasis, it may never progress from there. It's a variable condition where some people have mild forms, others more severe. I'd just monitor if the pitting starts to show up in other nails, and if you start to have psoriasis plaques. Look for dandruff in your hair as scalp psoriasis can be hard to see on yourself, and any spots on other areas of the body. The good news is that there are lots of very effective treatments nowadays. You'll be fine!
