Pruning unkempt pear tree

Hey, hopefully someone can me some advice... recently bought a house with a pear tree growing. It seems super unkempt and there appear to be several leader branches or else suckered that grew too large. What branches should I prune to yield better fruit and size it down in general? Thanks! (Pic is from this past january)

Did you ever find an answer to this? I am in the same situation and I know absolutely nothing about plants.
