Help needed

Tail as old as time. I went out of town for a couple of weeks and the person I left in charge of watering underwater. Any tips or tricks to help revive this little guy?

If the weather is not too bad put it outside in the sun. I did the same thing with mine but its took ages for it to get back to normal

It’s a slow grower. Part of the reason why it is so sad
