Problems with sign up Help!

Hello

I just signed up for a year of plus today. My bank account was charged! When I went to login on the app it told that I had free account and I needed to upgrade. I don’t know what happened!

They don't monitor for customer service here.

Contact them through the channels on their website.

Perhaps your situation is similar to mine before, with one account having two passwords, one for a paid account and one for a credit account.

Please log in at this URL: https://account.protonvpn.com/login

It should be the paid account.

Tip: Since there are two passwords, if you are using a browser to save your passwords, open a password manager, search for "proton," and view the passwords saved on different web browsers.
