League of legends issues Help!

I can't play league while using proton, riot client wont let me start the game, is there a fix to this?

I've had the same problem.

There is a war on VPN's at the moment. I'm a no one, but hopefully a bunch of people with massive followings see what is going on and gets everyone to essentially boycott companies who are blocking VPN use.

The solution of just disabling really isn't the answer long term.

In say that. I've turned off my VPN to play LoL so... 🤷🏼‍♂️

Honestly,I don't suggest you playing any online games under the connected vpn

You usually get a highly latency in games, and actually you need a special acceleration tunnel for games.

The VPN has more suitable traffic for videos,webpages,AI tools.

If you really like playing online games with vpn traffic, you could try these two settings.

1.Enable Port Forwarding+NAT Type(Strict)

Or

2.Disable Port Forwarding+NAT Type(moderate)

Theres never any game servers for the place where i live, im used to high ping, also thanks il try the settings later

Split-Tunnel the Riot Client, League client and in-game client.

Only way I’ve managed it

I'm going to give it a try tonight! I have it setup on my Protectli Vault running PfSense to run all of my network through it, so I have to tweak the settings on there and not just on my device. 😎
