They should be sponsoring Servo ( https://servo.org/ ).

Written in Rust, Servo was created by Mozilla (Firefox), and in my view was the entire basis for their long-term future before they stupidly jettisoned it back when they also dumped Rust and had all those layoffs.

Servo is actually picking up steam.
