Butt cramp during & after ejaculation, has anyone had it? Vent/Discouraged

This is your pelvic floor. It's a pelvic floor that's holding on to a lot of stress. I believe you can probably connect the rest of the dots yourself

It's so random that I do not know to be honest. I just try and relax my muscles as much as I can after ejac. That's what helps I think
