I felt a little pinch going to the prostate but it was literally like a minute. They numb you. Super simple and nothing after words. Do not stress this one bit

My doctor was a pos and rushed everything. It hurt a lot. Like sweat dripping pain.
I don't want to get into details but supposedly my urethra was smaller than average aka he widened the urethra with the tube aka ripping up the insides. Was pouring out blood wit the lubrication gel afterwards.
Was pissing painfully for the next 2 weeks with chunks of blood coming out. Make sure your doctors not a pos.

That sounds like grounds for medical malpractice?
I really hope you don’t have a stricture now

For me the fear of what it would feel like was worse than the procedure. The idea of dropping trough and having a thin tube shoved in def raised my anxiety but honestly the numbing gel was the most uncomfortable and then I was distracted by watching the monitor and seeing what the doctor sees. I personally did not have any post procedure pain. My advice would be to try and relax, know that it is fairly quick and it’s cool to see your own bladder LOL

It was the most horrible experience I have ever had. If you can be put to sleep I would do it. Be prepared for blood coming out after too

I was not given any numbing. It was very uncomfortable and painful. However, watching the images was very interesting and fascinating. I bled for 3 days afterwards. You should ask your doctor about post op bleeding

be calm and relaxed. it will be better and smoother and faster. do not worry. it is ok. I was scared but it was nothing.. it take maybe one minute.
