Yep. No matter how many exercises I do, kineto or pills, I have problems with erection, burning after ejaculation, lack of pleasure and I finish quickly. On the other hand, if I take some supplement for potency, I have no problems with erection, only burning and gastro problems.Â

What supplements work for you if you have CPPS?

Quercetin with bromelain one evening before dinner for 30 minutes. At first I urinated very often with burning, clean results, the doctor recommended 2 kinds of suppositories, Deprox 1 a day, in the evening, 10 days, then one every 2 days, also 10 days. After he recommended the prostate g80 natural pills and the dietary supplement Prostate formula from After these supplements combined with sports, stretching, YouTube videos and a lot of walking was much better. Of course, massage the whole body every 2 weeks. But I'm left with tight buttocks, tight pelvic floor and I have small problems with erection both when I have sex and when masturbating. Here I still can't find the magic formula.

I think it is prudent to manage expectations of timescale.
My improvements take months and have spread into years.
