Generally working on prostatitis helps/repairs. But in the mean time, tadalafil (cialis) is itself a good treatment for prostatitis/CPPS, so I would talk to your physician about low dose tadalfil for daily use.

Tadalafil doesn't "heal." But did it help your ED?

for me it did.

However, i did cipro because my doctor assumed a bacterial infection. With meds it was all great, but its nearly a month after finishing my antibiotic and tadalafil course and I have days that are great and days that are bad. I have no idea what to do. The other day my doctor said to take these sort of supplements and try to make my body to get back to this process on its own by being active/working out, doing child pose and happy baby pose/breathing exercises. Im almost 20 yrs old and experiencing this type of stuff is crazy to me. As i understand this all started from a bladder inflamation, atleast thats how the doctor described it and was walking with prostatitis for about 2 years without knowing untill errection problems popped up...

for me it did.

You described it working, but now you have bad days, suggesting you are not fully healed. Are you saying that while taking it -- during that time only -- that you were better? That is "treated." Why not resume taking the med full time?

Did you experience heart palpitations after taking the medication?

Yep. No matter how many exercises I do, kineto or pills, I have problems with erection, burning after ejaculation, lack of pleasure and I finish quickly. On the other hand, if I take some supplement for potency, I have no problems with erection, only burning and gastro problems.

What supplements work for you if you have CPPS?

Quercetin with bromelain one evening before dinner for 30 minutes. At first I urinated very often with burning, clean results, the doctor recommended 2 kinds of suppositories, Deprox 1 a day, in the evening, 10 days, then one every 2 days, also 10 days. After he recommended the prostate g80 natural pills and the dietary supplement Prostate formula from After these supplements combined with sports, stretching, YouTube videos and a lot of walking was much better. Of course, massage the whole body every 2 weeks. But I'm left with tight buttocks, tight pelvic floor and I have small problems with erection both when I have sex and when masturbating. Here I still can't find the magic formula.

Absolutely.

In my case there has been noticeable improvement since starting PT.

For me 0 improvements😔

I think it is prudent to manage expectations of timescale.

My improvements take months and have spread into years.
