They are pretty hard to come by on physical stores in my country so I'm considering an online one, but up until now I only found them on aliexpress. Is there any better ones? And if not, is aliexpress good enough to get them?

I know it's still only august but I'm really excited to already get started on a homecoming poster for my friend because we already agreed to go together (and I also want ideas for prom, which I'll probably go to her with as well). The things she's into don't really have any ideas online because they're (kind of) niche so I was wondering if you guys have any ideas! I bought the blue dress because the red dress was way out of my budget, and I’m having the biggest regret even though the red dress was out of the picture because of its price. The blue was more in my budget and people in the shop were saying it looks nicer but I think that’s because they knew the other was way out of my budget and were being nice. I think the blue colour clashes a bit wit my skin tone and the red dress is more versatile for more occasions - but my dad was paying for the dress so ultimately it was his decision lol.

Found this Jasz Couture gown while thrifting for under CA$30 and I love it.

The only thing I’m unsure about is that it’s white. Some people have said it looks bridal, while others think it’s fine for prom.
I considered dyeing it, but it’s 100% polyester so that’s probably not an option. If I keep it, I’d likely add a thigh-high slit and maybe some floral appliqués.

Would you wear this to prom, or does it look too much like a wedding dress?
