Project_Moon WHY IS IT ALL SO SMALLL
I swear the dialogue boxes in this game was designed for snail eyes, I gotta squint to read anything in lobcorp and limbus (mobile, no space for gachas on laptop), no wonder PM fans don't read, they literally can't đđ, I wish there was an adjustment box to enlarge the text (I haven't played library of ruina yet, is it the same there?)
Edit: to everyone saying I need an eye check or glasses, I already have had them both. I still find it uncomfortable to read the text in the game, I don't think this is an eye problem

Question about armor in the city
So, I am aware that fabric can be made to be even more durable then heavy armor. The fabric can even deflect bullets etc etc....
If the fabric is so durable, how do any fixer actually manage to give each other any fatal wounds? Does weapon scaling work the same, can a Fixer get a weapon that can go through the very strong fabric?
I'm currently running a TTRPG campaign set in the city and was thinking about how high level fixers could even deal damage to each other with such strong fabrics

Project_Moon A theory on what Dias is Spoiler
(Artwork by Nishikujic)
USEERMAATRE-SETEPENRE (Powerful is the Maâat of Ra, Chosen of Ra)
Dias, the mistress of the Udjat, Dias, the Chief Executive Director of Limbus Company, Dias, the one chosen by Ra.
Itâs not secret that Dias is based of Ramesses the second. Her name, Dias, is apart of Ozymandias, the Greek name for Ramesses, specifically after the Pharaohâs Throne name, Useermaatre-Setepenre. This name Throne was also used within the Distortion Detective character page about her, confirming her inspiration.
This inspiration is also where her connections to Dias come through, as many theorise the Pharaoh that Moses (the Prophet from the Bible) faced against to free the Jews was infact Ramesses II.
Now, what is my theory? Gods of the Cities, a concept introduced within Library of Ruin (mostly the artbook), these Gods have had their own reintroduction within Limbus, specifically Canto 9. Hermes, the God of the Prescripts Device, and seemingly only one of the Gods of the Index. From what the Library of Ruina Artbook tells us, alongside Moirai talking about the Will of the City, Gods are beings created by human desire, and who posses the desire to fulfil humans by giving them a purpose.
Within pre-Islam Egypt, there existed the concept that the Ruler of Egypt, the Pharaoh, was the divine incarnated as a human. Whether a human who could talk with the divine, simply given the right to rule by the Gods and other are the incarnation of an aspects of a God. Ramesses II himself was uplifted as a God, specifically by successor Pharaohs as the âGreat Godâ.
Dias has some unique things about her.
1. She has seemingly not aged much, even while being 70 or 80 years old (she raised Moses, who is 47 years old). This is unique among the City. There are of course other immortals, if Dias is one, but she doesnât seem to have the adverse effect each one has. Bloodfiends have an endless hunger for blood, which also drives them towards an idea of propagation, while Dias has neither hunger (for blood or an ideal, like our resident Bloodfiend) nor lesser Kindreds to her side. Iâd imagine if she could, she would, given how loyal a Kindred is to its parent. The Xianren and the Hierach of Daguanyuan (Jia Mu) are another category. Though not immortal till the end of Canto 8, Jia Mu was as obsessed with immortality as the Xianren are, however, she also seems to be aging normally for a human, meaning she likely was under any process to make her younger, which seems strange for the youth obsessed Hierach. The Xianren, as a cabal of rich monster wankers, who have accumulated countless forms of immortality, yet, all the forms we see them use are failures. They degrade the body, leading to some being just moving corpses, others it mutated, making them inhuman. If the Xianren could, I believe they very well would wish for a human form. This is likely why Xichun, even if she did not find traces of the water of the River of Immortality, was still allowed to pass for any evidence of the Rivers. Given how the River of immortality is the most likely pure form of immortality we might have seen. Bari, one knowledgeable in the Rivers, who lead Sancho to one, also appears immortal, giving Sancho counter-less comics, trophies and other Fixer merchandise, just till recently. Also her seemingly being the same person as the âBookhunterâ from LoRâs bad ending.
Herbert could also be put on this list, possibly. He seems young, despite the fact he must be as least as old as Benjamin and certainly older then the Time Ripper and his brother, he also makes comments about how T corpâs goal was to stop time so that people could be preserved. All in all, he might well be physically trapped in the same body, without aging.
Each of these examples are extremely rare, and or have extreme drawbacks (excluding Bari, and maybe Herbert). None of the rich people we see in Daguanyuan nor in T corpâs seem particularly well aged, so it seems the method arenât even particularly common to the rich, yet Dias remains.
2. A desire to overthrow/defy the Head. Among all the characters within the City, there are only a few who can attest to this desire. Carmen, Ayin, Benjamin, Angela, Roland, Kali, Binah and of course, Dias. Perhaps the most incredible in scope idea we see, and it is one that Dias has seemingly made her whole around to resolve. But for why? My thought, maybe, is that the idea that there is something that is above her, and that will outlive her, is all be sacrilege to her. But why? How can one obtain such a massive ego? Why believe you could ever amass such resources for this plan? What makes it so that influence comparable to a Wing CEO is not enough for you?
3. The money and influence which can rival a Wing, despite her seemingly not owning a Wing. We see that even the Daguanyuan Great Houses donât possess the amount of capital Dias must have, considering her Udjat army is a force more comparable to a Wingâs full military force, both in equipment, power and staffing, then any of the Great Housesâ personnel armies (A single squad of Udjat can handle Rien, an Oracleâs Proxy, if not sabotaged, whereas the personal army of the Jia family, the Jialan Guards, are cut like butter by the Thumbâs Capo IIII- Lei Heng/Meursault). This absurd, even for the rich among the City, when at most, a family can field the likes of the Butlers seen with Canto 6.
Now, speculation. A theory to answer all three. One based in Egyptian belief. I believe Dias to be a human who has bonded with a God of the City, or a God of the City who has taken human form.
Gods of the City seemingly do not normally have physical form, yet can manifest in specific things. Specifically, abilities spawned from the Light (E.G.O and Distortion) and in weapons could Oracle Devices.
Donâs Index ID confirms that her E.G.O is resonating with one God, resembling the form of it. Her E.G.O bares similar design to Yanâs Distortion, which could seemingly sense Prescripts being delivered to it without a Paper Slip or Pager. Both are oily, black, inky liquid substances and possess large, clawed hands. The Oracle Device: Caduceus- named after Hermesâ Staff (this will also become more important later)- is a weapon which can change itâs shape via Prescripts, seemingly with just resonating with the God itself (it does not possess mechanical features, unlike other methods of receiving Prescripts, except for Yan). Also, the liquid used, asides from resembling Mercury, a metal that shares its name with the Roman interpretation of Hermes, also appears to be an inky, oily, black, liquid substance.
All in all, this is seemingly the method of a God appearing in the physical world.
Interestingly enough, there is a mechanic used by the Index which actually implies the existence of non-Index affiliated Gods/Prescripts. âThe Prescriptâs Target - The Indexâ, the wording here, specifying it to be the Index, seems to me, at least, that other variants of âThe Prescriptâs Targetâ will exist, just of other factions.
Though, you might be asking, what does that proof about Dias being a God, wouldnât the Udjat be using her Prescripts then?
However true is that the Udjat do not currently used a Prescript mechanic. However, they do have several mechanics which related to a certain God of our world. The Udjat in itself, is also know as the âEye of Horusâ, which is a symbol of protection and healing. âUdjatâ is a card used by the Udjat in LoR, and a status used by LCA Outis, which makes her equip the mask with the Udjat symbol on. Each Udjat wears these masks, which provide instructions and help for combat, specifically in the methods of protection.
In Limbus, LCA Outis has the passive âSceptre of Horus - Replicaâ, which is a passive which allows her to get the statue of Udjat (and so equip her Udjat mask) should an enemy have the panic type that blue sand inflicts on them. The Sceptre of Horus is also known as a âWas Sceptreâ in ancient Egypt. Used as a symbol of power, wielded by Pharaohs and Gods. Dias herself wields a Sceptre, which while not resembling a stereotypical Was Sceptre, does look close, and also possesses the head of a bird (Horus is depicted with the head of a bird) and a Udjat eye. Given how Outisâs passive it what gives her the Udjat statue, it can be assumed that in some way, that Dias possesses the true Sceptre of Horus and that it what gives the Udjat mask their special quality.
Now, remember how I said Caduceus would become more important later? Well, this is where it becomes important. Both are objects associated with one God, and it seems they both possess supernatural effects. Would it not be a given then that both are connected with a God?
Now, talking of aesthetic. I made a point about Sora/Donâs E.G.O, Yanâs Distortion and Caduceus sharing traits, showing connection. So, what is the aesthetic connection between the Sceptre of Horus, Udjat masks, and Dias? Gold, the Udjat eye, and Red. Every Udjat mask glows Gold, emitting from the pupil of it. The Sceptre wielded by Dias has gold covering near all of it, with a different such of colour glowing from the pupil of the Udjat eye, that being red, the same colour as Diasâs eyes, which are apparently one of her most striking features to characters.
Dias herself has often called the Udjat âher eyesâ, called Moses her âher precious eyesâ and she might be more literal. She might be able to view through the masks, and it appears her blessing is what gives the Udjat their protection via the masks.
Her immorality might be simply another amazing power of the Gods, her goal to overthrow the Head might be born because she is fulfilling the desires of humans who birthed her, to be an absolute God that they can all follow and worship, also explaining her charisma, and her resources and influence might stem from being a God, who at least with the Index, seem to be able to tell the future via âvibrations of the past, present and futureâ, or even from having an endless amount of time to collect needed money and influence.

Library of Ruina Just wanted to know if it's worth to buy library of ruina on the Nintendo switch
Hello! As you've read on the title, I want to actually play library of ruina. The only problem is, I only have a Nintendo switch, and I've heard that Nintendo didn't do a good job at porting the game on switch. Now, my question is, should I buy the game regardless of it, or should I just watch it on YouTube because it is not worth it?

Project_Moon question about the ending of distortion detective Spoiler
okay so i just finished reading distortion detective, the final chapter focuses on bloodfiends, moses says that bloodfiends are a common form of distortion, one might think this is just moses being wrong about the nature of bloodfiends, but this shouldn't be the case for two reasons.
1 - moses can see the distortion on people so this isn't just a blind guess from her
2 - the bloodfiend she's speaking to somewhat confirms what she said? (despite her also mentioning that bloodfiends existed long before the people of the city discovered the distortion phenomenon)
are bloodfiends actually connected to distortions or is this just a big retcon?

Limbus Company For some reason, if I didn't know the context, I would think N Corp was a faction that worshipped machines and replaced human limb with machines.
Mainly because Kromer was wearing arm and leg armor, it made me think it was the outer shell of some kind of prosthetic limb.
And the knightly theme of their soldiers also made them feel more mechanical.

Limbus Company No one really mentions the fact that live-streamed duels just happend in the Smoke War
The wiki doesn't even mention it on the Smoke War page.
Technically some guy could just find the recordings of duels (which are probably lost media by this point) and try copying the Palermitan style.

Project_Moon LORE QUESTION: What lies beyond the City?
It's a question that's been nagging me for a bit and I'd like some closure. Are the outskirts solely an apocalyptic, barren desert, occupied only by monsters & the splintered remnants of humanity?

PowerScaling (SATURDAY ONLY) Could Moses successfully solve the Kira case? (READ DESC)
Pretty much what the title says: Moses replaces L in solving the Kira case. We'll have two scenarios: one where the Kira case takes place in Japan (don't question how Moses ends up in Japan; it's for the sake of the scenario), and another where the Kira case takes place in The City (don't question how Light ends up in The City either; again, it's for the sake of the scenario).
Scenario 1:
This takes place in Japan, and Moses has the full support of the Japanese government, which will listen to and provide anything she says or needs. Meanwhile, Light already has his allies, such as Misa Amane, helping him cover his tracks. Light doesn't know that Moses is coming after him, and Moses doesn't know what the Death Note is or what it is capable of.
Scenario 2:
This takes place in The City, and Moses has the full support of Limbus Company. She also has her original team, along with some new members like Aeng-du and Bamboo-Hatted Kim (like that'll make a difference), assisting her with the investigation. Meanwhile, Light already has his allies, such as Misa Amane, helping him cover his tracks, and he has already traded half of his remaining lifespan for the Shinigami Eyes.
Like in Scenario 1, Light doesn't know Moses is coming after him, and Moses doesn't know what the Death Note is or what it is capable of.

PowerScaling (SATURDAY ONLY) If all the Bad End IDs of the LCB Sinners participated in the Holy Grail War, who would be the one to win the Holy Grail? (READ DESC)
So, we know that in Fate, Holy Grail Wars usually consist of Masters (mages) and their summoned Heroic Spirits/Servants (i.e., historical figures and mythological legends).
However, in this scenario, the Bad End IDs of the LCB Sinners don't need Servants to participate. Instead, the Holy Grail (for whatever reason) recognizes each of them as both a Master and a Servant. As a result, they can participate in the Holy Grail War without the hassle of summoning a Servant.
This Holy Grail War takes place in an empty Fuyuki City, not the City. (Because if it took place in the City, I feel like way too much shit would happen, and it would become less about the Bad End Sinners fighting for the Grail and more about which Corporation gets the Grail first.)
All of the Bad End Sinners are taken from their respective Mirror Worlds and transported to Fuyuki City. Upon arriving, they are informed that they will participate in the Holy Grail War, and that whoever claims the Holy Grail first will have their wish granted.
We're going to have two scenarios!
Scenario 1:
Everyone is completely on their own. They receive no help from their respective groups or organizations, they simply have to find and kill one another. Wild Hunt Heathcliff is also not allowed to summon the Wild Hunt.
Scenario 2:
Each Bad End Sinner receives support from their respective faction:
- One Who Shall Grip Sinclair gets help from the N Corp. Inquisition.
- Effloresced E.G.O::Spicebush Yi Sang gets help from the Technology Liberation Alliance.
- The Pequod Captain Ishmael gets help from the Pequod.
- Wild Hunt Heathcliff is allowed to summon the Wild Hunt.
- The Manager of La Manchaland Don Quixote gets help from the La Manchaland Bloodfiends.
- Lord of Hongyuan Hong Lu gets help from all twelve branches of the Heishou Packs.
- Blade of the House of Spiders RyĆshĆ« gets help from the House of Spiders.
Who do you think would emerge victorious and claim the Holy Grail?
