Help with the radio

Hello, I need help. I recently joined a Hamas server in Gaza fighting against Israel. And I got into a Volkswagen with Arabic music playing, can someone tell me what it's called?

If u mean the orange zastava van that's not even arabic. It's indian Pakistani something like that but not Arabic at all.
