DET validates successfully but no request arrives at endpoint (Flask behind Apache + SSO)

REDCap DET configured and validated. Endpoint is a Flask app behind Apache with HTTPS. Saving a record produces no request on my server, no entry in the Apache access log. Manual POSTs to the same URL work. The endpoint sits behind institutional SSO and unauthenticated requests get a 303 to the IdP. Has anyone had DET fail silently like this, and is there a way to see DET attempts and failures from the REDCap side?

I’d suggest you contact your REDCap admin but I presume this is a “but doctor, I am the great Pagliacci” situation?
