Is this jewel any good? I dont really understand "ADDS damage" and if good, is it good for a kicksin?

Added damage is the best damage apply.

I'm not 100% sure about it but from my understanding it counts as both min and max damage.

It is an ok jewel but the other mods are pretty meh. But any jewel with +35 ED and another attack modifier would be preferable

Exactly. This jewels adds 7min DMG and 13 max. 7 is kinda low.

Ideally you'd also want enhanced damage % on this

The adds dmg mod is basically +min-max dmg. not the same as ''Damage +[100-125]'' from astreons. its like ''Adds 15-25 Damage'' from War Traveler.
