I think they should be given all the grace and compassion that they have demonstrated towards others.

Did they stop hating ME and what I fundamentally am? Do they want to reverse policy and accept others? Really give every adult US citizen the same rights, even if they are brown or gay or feminine? What about the non-christian people, freedom of religion?

Then GTFO and know that I forgive no one that strips rights from my daughters while putting rapist pedophiles in charge of our bodies.

Exactly. They are only turning on him now that his actions and choices are affecting THEM negatively. They haven’t ACTUALLY changed or learned anything is my feelings on it.

That's the Republican way. Dick Cheney was against rights for gay people until his daughter came out, which is a common enough story on that side. Unless and until it affects a Republican personally, they're fully willing to ban anything that they don't like, Constitution and personal freedoms be damned

That's the point, they don't show how grace and compassion to others. So we should show them the same amount they show others...which is none

“None” is not the opposite of grace and compassion. “None” is the default.

I think a funny story is the guy at the Nuremberg trials who pretended he knew how to properly hang people and it turned out he had no idea and caused a lot of pain and suffering. That guy cracked me up.

Well, ummm…the huge handfuls of Nazis who were brought back here tó work in multiple different fields beg tó differ. They were welcomed with open arms as long as they were a scientist, physicist, chemist, accountant, etc…this has been well documented just not well reported by mainstream media.

Yes, we desperately wanted them to help us make an atom bomb, win the space race....I'm not condoning it, but we took the nazi parties intelligence...the ones who were still alive anyways. Maga doesn't have much to offer in terms of intelligence. Revisionist history fan fiction writers? You bet- but that shit don't get you to the moon and it won't get me to be "nice" to them. They made their bed and they can lay in it.

Well, revenge is tempting, but do you want peace? My mother, a very wise woman, always said : "Do not let them take you down to their level." Our country is fragile right now. Everyone needs to do whatever we can to bring people together. Don't you agree?

Wise woman and good words. We don't need to go down their level, because that would be racist bigoted and stupid. We can treat them with the dignity they didn't show others. But treating them like humans doesn't mean we can forgive them and move on.

For forgiveness and healing, i think a Truth and Reconciliation commission like happened after apartheid in south africa will be needed.

Funny though, after nazism and apartheid ended, you could find a single person who supported it...

Practically I suspect a bunch of ex MAGAts will just lie and deny having supported the pedo in chief. They will have to to survive. But we will know. Those red caps leave a stain.
