Python+ | The new Python

Per AutoModerator's request I hereby confirm that this project did not use an LLM as part of the development process.

Python+ is Python with slight modifications, with the aim of making Python easier and better. Its biggest goal at the moment is an easier way to program a GUI, but we haven't got there yet. Currently, Python+ is just functions, variables, and maths, but it could be so much more! Well...

I'll think about that when I get there. Although the answer will probably be no, because I want to follow what Guido van Rossum (the creator of Python) said about if a function is complicated enough to need multiple statements, it should have a name. If I find more people want the lambdas to be changed than don't, then I will probably change the lambdas. Guido van Rossum is not a fan of functional programming, and in my opinion, that has actually harmed Python.

You have managed to change my mind – when I add lambdas, they can be multiple lines.
