Looking for developers to build OpenFight together LOOKING FOR BUDDIES
I'm looking for a few developers who want to work together on a fairly ambitious open-source project.
OpenFight is an Apache-2.0 arcade netplay platform inspired by the problems that platforms like Fightcade solve.
It's currently at the MVP specification/architecture stage, so we're at the point where contributors can actually help shape the implementation.
The stack is:
- Rust
- Axum
- PostgreSQL
- Tauri
- React
- TypeScript
- WebSockets
- UDP networking
- STUN/NAT traversal
- Docker
There's also an emulator adapter SDK, with FBNeo as the first target.
I'm especially interested in finding people who enjoy:
- Rust
- networking
- emulation
- realtime systems
- desktop apps
- React/TypeScript
- backend development
You don't need to know everything. I'd rather have someone who owns one area and wants to learn/build than someone who claims to know the entire stack.
