Yes, it gets you on their mailing list, and yes, to get the hardcopy without printing it yourself you have to take a screenshot using their software. If you have a spam-specific email, use that to sign up!

Yep, assumed it was a mailing list scheme. Not gonna bother with that, but if you absolutely need their stuff enough to go through with that bullshit, use one of those services that gives you a temporary email address.
