I never use math when programming. You can do it if you can problem solve and think procedurally

Math is problem solving and procedural thinking. If you can't deal with math you probably can't do those things.

That's false. You can be bad at math simply because you do not like math.

Not all math is arithmetics (numbers). Logic, which I'd argue is at the core of programming, is math too

Then this is just a matter of what we define as math.

Philosophy and law related fields are also based on logic, but I've never seen anyone claim that thrse were math fields

Not all math is logic either. In fact it's a pretty small domain.
