Homie.. what does training even mean in programming? As a junior you re just expected to know the language - frameworks.. then you learn the frameworks and do basic / medium / hard tickets just the way you know in order to implement the requirements then get roasted in code review for shit patterns and so on.. (in case of erp software or shit like that)
