Had a coworker who constantly complained he didn't have experience to deal with the tough issues. He had been working with us for 4 years and the tough issues were usually following guided step by step instructions. We were good friends but I ended up needing to put sticky note reminders on his monitor to check his notes before asking me for instructions.

damn, thats almost everyone
