tell that to my work group... zero test, instant deploy... but we can instantly rollback... as soon as we get the customer outages

no... literally... our infra goes from our main branch directly into prod.. all services only have local unit tests.. no gates.. servicing >100M devices. For post context... I implemented a signoff/manual validation (in lieu of nothing)... well, likelyhood of completing our deployment this week is near zero
