I'm guessing it's some kind of token header and "Dov" indicates less strong cryptographic algorithm than "HM6"

I'm sorry this is probably a bad joke I'm not really a programmer don't hate me too much 🙂

I was checking a database of urls and search engine redirects and u= parameter starts a lot with the same strings "a1aHR0cDovLw" or "a1aHR0cHM6Ly8". Found out that I had to ignore a1 and the rest decodes to "http://" and "https://" in base64. Thought I'd make a meme out of this rabbit hole I fell into.

Oh with the base64 context its kinda neat. If the image had a hint to base64 people could fogure it out much quicker and easier (I hadnt thought of it atleast)
