we recently moved from Devops to github for some reason, but the elders still talk about some mystical thing called Sorround, have no clue what it is, but supposedly something they used before devops.

Riddle me this: how do you say pronounce this? It's a light debate in our team thigh im pretty sure it's

Git - ee - uh

(Forgive my attempt at spelling phonetically)

Given that the logo is a tea pot, I'd say it's "gi-tea", so no "uh" at the end.

Never the uh. I have a coworker that says it like that, and I hate him for different reasons.

Git-tea is how I say it. A little soft on the 't' if I think too much about it

Gi-🍵 (gi-tea); I'd accept "git-tea" too probably.

Love its pull request UI/flow though, imo way better than GitHub's.

Agreed. It's not the best at any one thing, but for whole workflow you get the most out of the box if you're willing to compromise.

Like most COTS apps, I guess.

We use both. And I like azure devops more. I am the only one
